چکیده
Abstract Bismuth silicate with sillenite structure (Bi 12 SiO 20 ) nanophase was prepared via melt–quenching technique in the Bi 2 O 3 –ZnO–SiO glass system. The effect of replacement ZnO by studied. Their thermal behavior showed change transition temperature (Tg) from 577 °C -free to 438 ZnO-free glass. In addition, crystallization temperatures were not only changed two one peak, but also decreased 927 476 same order. According heat treatment regimes, willemite, sillenite, tetragonal , cubic and traces crystallized different ratios depending on composition temperature. Sillenite enhanced increase and/or additions. Heat at 650 °C/10 h revealed best regime, where higher degree achieved. microstructure 700 ℃/30 min nano-scale oriented parallel rod crystals hexagonal making their end, whereas clusters irregular nano-size appeared h. Transmission spectra glasses UV–Vis–midIR region increased addition reaching 74% 100B. Photoluminescence properties both corresponding glass–ceramics luminescence nature since blue green colors clearly appeared. Calculation optical bandgap (E opt 3.2–2.19 eV increasing ; these values are located semiconducting range. samples can be utilized electro-optical instruments, high transmission mid-IR nominate it for IR transmitting windows.

Luminescence Properties of Oxyfluoride Glass and Glass Ceramic Doped with Y3 + Ions
Oxyfluoride glass ceramics containing CaF2nano-crystals doped with Y3+ ions were prepared by one-step crystallization of SiO2- Al2O3- CaO- CaF2 glasses at different temperatures. X- ray diffraction (XRD) results have revealed that CaF2 was the only precipitated crystalline phase in glass ceramic samples. According to the XRD results, a glass ceramic was selected as the best sample in order to ...

SiO(2)-CaO-P(2)O(5) ternary bioactive glass ceramic (BGC) nanoparticles with different compositions were prepared via a three-step sol-gel method. Polyethylene glycol was selected to be used as the surfactant to improve the dispersion of the nanoparticles. The morphology and composition of these BGC nanoparticles were observed by ESEM and EDX. All the BGC particles obtained in this method were ...

متن کاملPreparation and characterization of fluorapatite-bioactive glass S53P4 nanocomposite
This research has been done to study characteristic and biocompatible evaluation of a nano-biocompositeceramic with the bioglass (BG) as a first phase. In this regard, synthesis of S53P4 (53% SiO2, 4% P2O5,23% Na2O and 20% CaO) bioglass has been considered as the first phase and flourapatite (FA) consideredas the second phase. Afterwards, nanocomposite with the base of S53P4 b...
